If you do not hear from us, please call our shop.

Yes, we usually do when order is placed before 12 noon. Please call us to confirm for the timing.

We only deliver with air-conditioned vehicle. We ensure every flower arrangements that reach the recipients are as good as when they leave our shop. We have a team of well trained drivers which are trained in handling the flowers we deliver.

If you place your order 24 hrs in advance, we will try our best to accomodate your request. However, in some cases, delivery may not be possible by the requested time due to some circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you to come up with an alternate solution

For a minimum purchase of IDR 650.000, there will be no additional charge for delivery within Jakarta. However, there will be additional delivery charge for deliveries outside Jakarta and a minimum purchase of IDR 750.000. Please call us and let us know your recipient’s address and we will inform you the exact charge.

When you order online, we only accept bank transfer.

Yes. If you don’t find the color or type of flowers you prefer in our website, you are able to request your preferences. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.

Knowing that flowers are a perishable natural product and that floral arrangements are hand made, we make every effort to ensure the quality, accuracy and beauty of our work. Some colors may vary, some flowers are seasonal, some vases or materials may be unavailable, Flo & Co reserves the right to substitute any cut flower or vases with the nearest available alternative of the season of equivalent value.

Orders may be cancelled 24 hours prior to the delivery schedule. However orders cannot be cancelled when deliveries has been attempted.
